mutekheader Mutek 2011

Unlike other festivals, MUTEK is a movable community. Whether you’re one of our international headliners, a local talent from just up the street, a digital artist lighting up one of Montreal’s downtown buildings, or a fan from thousands of miles away, once you arrive at MUTEK you join a communal experience.

Above and beyond providing a reference point for the many activities planned over the 5 days of our 12th edition, the festival website regroups the most complete information possible for each featured artist featured. Mp3s, videos, links to articles and more have been assembled to help you preview those unfamiliar and intriguing names listed as part of this year’s lineup.

The rhythmic content of this album is especially toe-tapping and head-nodding considering how relaxed the overall feel is. Hummable melody resonates through the memory long after the album is done playing. More
